The short version: IJEAI does not collect your data. Everything you write, draw, and log stays on your device. We do not have a server. We do not see your notes. We have nothing to sell.
All data you create in IJEAI — seeds, day notes, sketches, Compass placements, readings, snippets — is stored locally on your device in a private app container. Nothing is transmitted to any external server owned or operated by IJEAI.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync in a future version of the app, your data will sync through Apple's private iCloud infrastructure using your existing Apple ID. That data belongs to you and is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.
If you choose to connect IJEAI to Apple Calendar, Reminders, or Journal, you are directing the app to write information from your notes to those Apple-managed services. This is a voluntary action initiated by you. IJEAI does not retain copies of what is sent. Those services are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
IJEAI will request permission before accessing Calendar or Reminders. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your iPhone or iPad Settings.
Sketches created on the handwriting canvas are stored as image files on your device. They are never analyzed, processed, or transmitted. No handwriting or sketch data leaves your device through IJEAI.
IJEAI is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone. Since we collect no personal data from any user, there is nothing to collect from children either.
If IJEAI adds features in the future that change how data is handled, this policy will be updated before those features ship and users will be notified through an app update.
